Day 2: 10 minutes jumping rope before jumping in to the shower in the morning. After eating lunch take a 10 minute fast paced walk. After your evening meal take 10 minutes for a strength training work out using barbells.
This will keep the metabolism functioning at full speed throttle. Working out on a regular bases will keep your body fit, strong and toned

The Bottom Line Is This:
If you need to lose more than 15 pounds, a 3 Day Diet is not for you. Changing to a healthier lifestyle is what you should really be taking action on. Learning to eat correctly and exercise more is the key to success.

Of all the 3 Day Diets I have seen the 3 Day Green Tea Diet seems to be the least boring with the largest variety of fruits and vegetables. In my opinion this one is the easiest to stick with for 3 to 5 days. If you need to shed a few pounds quickly to look hot at the beach, this is the one that I would choose.

3/4 cup small curd cottage cheese (never use low fat)
1-1/2 cups of any one of the following:
Snack 1, All Days
1 cup natural yogurt, any flavor
8 oz. green tea
Lunch, All Days
3 oz. white or albacore tuna packed in water, drained
Large salad - leafy greens and raw veggies
Salad dressing - up to 2 tablespoons of lowfat dressing (do not use fat-free)
1 cup fresh berries
8 oz. green tea

1 medium apple ( don not peel skins)
1 serving part-skim string cheese
8 oz. green tea

3 oz. skinless chicken breast or 5 oz. boiled or steamed shrimp (no dip)
