Joseph Pilates: Founder
Pilates is an exercise technique that was first devised by a man named Joseph Pilates
Joseph Pilates was born in 1880 as a German Nationalist His father was a Greek gymnast and his mother was a German naturopath.
As a child, Joseph was small, frail and sickly. He was often bullied by the older boys at school. Because of this he devoted his life to physically strengthening his body and teaching others to do the same.

The Pilate classes are very pricey. If you elect for individual personal training, the cost goes up higher. In today's economy, not everyone can afford these types of classes.
